Anything about how Ripple works, something that is broken, a feature you want, or a question the site did not answer. Tell us what happened and what you expected instead, and we will take it from there.
Reporting someone
Once the app launches, every profile and every conversation has a report option built in, and reporting also blocks the person in the same step. Use that first, because it reaches us with the context attached.
If you cannot use the app, or the report is about something happening off Ripple, email us and put Report in the subject line. Reports involving a minor, a threat of violence, or a sexual offense go to the front of the queue.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us, and we will preserve everything we hold.

Your data
Email us to see what we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and we do not ask for one.
For most people on the waitlist we hold one email address, one timestamp, and if you reserved a Wayfinder rate, which tier you picked. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Billing and refunds
Reserving a Wayfinder rate on this website is free, so there is nothing to bill and nothing to refund.
Once the app launches, memberships are bought inside it through the Apple App Store. Apple takes the payment and Apple issues refunds, so a refund request has to go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us anyway and we will tell you exactly how to file it, and where your situation warrants it we will write to Apple in support of the request. Law enforcement
Send legal process to hello@rippledating.com with Law Enforcement Request in the subject line, or by mail to the address below. For a credible risk of death or serious physical harm, mark it Emergency Disclosure Request and we review it immediately.
